Dear All,TCS is Hiring for SAP HR Payrollexp: 4to 10 YearsLocation: Hyderabad/ChennaiSAP HR Payroll ConsultantJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (SF) modules and SAP ERP HR/Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust HR solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. - Configure and customize SAP HR modules including: - Personnel Administration - Organizational Management - Time Management - Payroll - Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance using BSI TaxFactory, including tax calculations, postings, and reporting. - Integrate and support SuccessFactors modules: - Employee Central Payroll - Compensation - Other relevant SF modules - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align SAP HR solutions with business objectives. - Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. - Provide guidance and support for SF integration and data flow between SAP and SF systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors implementations. - Strong understanding of North American payroll regulations and tax compliance. - Hands-on experience with BSI TaxFactory. - Ability to work independently and lead projects in a North America timezone. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
