Key Job Responsibilities:Responsible for management of the applciation lab – tests / processes, equipments – will need to be hands on the applications tests .Product evaluations and application tests for all packaging productsWork in collaboration with the sales team and the production team to support product development to meet the customer demands.Finding new application for current portfolioSupport transfer of lab results as done at Archroma lab to Customer labs.Support Plant trials at customer sites.Preparing Technical Service reports.
