Meet right customers and generate insights into strategy projects and new introductions. - Support New Introduction pipeline strategy and action plan in close association with R&D, BD, Medical & business teams - Understand the in-house technology capabilities and leverage into building future pipeline for the focused therapy areas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success. - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Skills & Competencies:- Product science & therapy understanding - Capability to get insights from the market by connecting with right customers - Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
