Location : Jalahalli,BangaloreContact : Nisha9677065065nisha@Competency Level/SkillJob Description- Should have good knowledge on Process and Product in sheet Metal fabrication industry - Understand the drawings and process - Verify/Validate the RFQ package received from customers - Arrange clarifications from Customers if any and get quotes within customer expected dates. - Review the quotes with CAM and provide necessary inputs to secure orders and for areas of improvement in the pricing. - Follow up with customers for P.O and schedules, Release Sale order to SCM/NPD team - Contract review of orders at development and production stage. - Interaction with all plant SCM/NPD teams to get delivery dates and monitor adherence to the same. - Timely response to customer queries and support during inspection and audits. - Preparation of documents and reports in SAP and related soft tools - Payment follow up and ensure no receivable falls to overdue category - Documentation and data control of all transactions - Preparation of sales reports for review with CAM and Management - Achievement of sales target set by the management and for reporting CAM - RM price tracker and price rollup for major and ongoing projects - Good time-management skills - Should have good Knowledge in Customer Audit , Internal Audit , Supplier Audit.Software skillsKnowledge on Word/Excel / Power point/ SAP
