With a strong emphasis on quality, customer satisfaction, sustainability, and societal impact, we are proud to be recognized as one of the most trusted names in the industry.Key Responsibilities Oversee quality control procedures across the production process Conduct internal audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, FSSAI, Kosher, Halal) Investigate and address non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met Maintain documentation for regulatory audits, batch records, and certifications Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality Support R&D and production in validating and scaling up new formulations Serve as a point of contact for quality-related customer queries and support Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practicesQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in quality assurance/control in the essential oils, flavor & fragrance, or chemical industry Strong knowledge of industry certifications and quality management systems Expertise in auditing, compliance, and documentation Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective communication and team collaboration abilities Certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, HACCP, or Six Sigma are a strong plusIf you're passionate about natural products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to grow with a global leader, we'd love to hear from you.— Team K.V.
