If you have a knack for strategic selling, a technical mindset, and a drive to open new global doors, you’ll thrive at Illumine-i.What you can expect as a Sales Engineer at Illumine-i:- You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure — for B2B opportunities in global markets. - You will collaborate with the Customer Acquisitions Team to generate leads, convert prospects, and drive revenue growth. - You will understand and communicate the technical value of our engineering services in a consultative manner. - You will craft and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that resonate with client challenges. - You will negotiate commercial terms with clients to achieve win-win deals. - You will consistently hit monthly sales and appointment-setting quotas. - You will gather insights from client interactions and contribute to the continuous refinement of market strategies.Essential Qualifications include:- A degree in Engineering/Technology (any stream). - Proven B2B sales experience with international clients and long sales cycles. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability. - Experience in engineering services, solar, design, or consulting domains. - Familiarity with US/UK/Canada/Australia/Europe/MENA markets. - Proficiency in cold outreach via calls/emails/LinkedIn. - Prior exposure to CRM tools and remote sales techniques.Why Illumine-i?- Work with a purpose-driven and fast-growing engineering consulting firm. - Get global exposure with clients across multiple geographies. - Collaborate with high-performing and cross-functional teams. - Learn and grow in a culture that values curiosity, ownership, and innovation.
