Position: US Staffing Trainer – State & Government Contract StaffingLocation: Onsite – BhopalShift: US ShiftExperience Required: 5+ yearsAbout the RoleV Group is expanding its public-sector staffing operations and is seeking a dynamic US Staffing Trainer to lead and elevate our recruitment teams. If you're passionate about mentoring recruiters, streamlining staffing processes, and driving excellence in State & Government contract hiring, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.As a Trainer, you’ll be instrumental in building recruiter capabilities across State client programs, ensuring process excellence, compliance, and consistent performance.Key Responsibilities- Lead onboarding and process training for recruiters focused on State and Federal client hiring - Design and deliver training modules covering: - US Staffing lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2C, W2) - RFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring - Compliance protocols (E-Verify, Background Checks, NDAs, etc.) - US Tax Terms & Visa Types (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD) - Conduct refresher sessions on compliance, communication, and client-specific processes - Standardize hiring practices for State clients and align with client SLAs - Monitor performance metrics and generate data-driven reports to track progressWhat You Bring- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - 5+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 2 years in training or leadership roles focused on State/Government staffing - Deep understanding of public-sector recruitment, compliance policies, and VMS/MSP environments - Proficiency in ATS platforms (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn) and major job boards - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Proven ability to create engaging training content and deliver impactful sessions (onsite & virtual)Why Join V Group?V Group is a trusted strategic delivery partner for leading State and Federal agencies across the US.
