The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of storytelling, a good understanding of the tech/start-up space, and the ability to create engaging content across formats and platforms. This role will play a key part in building Pazago’s brand identity and strengthening our digital presence.Key Responsibilities- Create engaging and original content for social media, website, blogs, emails, and marketing campaigns. - Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice, business strategy, and industry trends. - Manage social media pages, plan content calendars, and track performance. - Create short-form videos, reels, graphics, and other multimedia content (basic design/video editing skills preferred). - Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, HR, and Customer Service) to generate content that reflects company culture and service offerings. - Write scripts, captions, case studies, customer stories, and product-focused content. - Ensure content accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Stay updated with logistics, e-commerce, and tech industry trends to produce relevant content. - Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement. - Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns independently.Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Basic design skills (Canva or similar) and familiarity with video editing tools. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with deadlines, and collaborate across teams. - Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
