Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development - Develop and test segmentation models and collection strategies (e.g., call prioritization, Field allocations). - Support A/B testing for new strategies, channels, or customer treatments. - Connects with collection team to refine contact and recovery strategies. - Predictive Modeling & Insights - Work with data science teams to develop predictive models for collections (e.g., propensity-to-pay, RF probability, Recovery). - Use analytical tools to optimize resource allocation and improve recovery rates. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Partner with Collection ,risk teams to align on recovery goals. - Communicate analytical insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. - Compliance & Process Improvement - Ensure all strategies adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve .Mandate Requirements:- Minimum 4+ years of experience - Prior experience in Banking or NBFC domain - Proficiency in Python programming
