Logicgo Infotech is looking for a Growth Manager who understands mobile apps deeply — someone who can increase user LTV, improve retention, scale ad monetization, and boost subscription revenue using data-driven strategies.If you understand user behavior, know how to optimize funnels, and can scale revenue — this role is for you.Key Responsibilities- Build and execute growth strategies for Android & iOS mobile apps - Increase User LTV using subscriptions, offers, pricing, and ad monetization - Optimize ads revenue (AdMob, FAN, bidding, waterfalls, placements) - Analyze user patterns, behavior, retention, and churn to improve product experience - Conduct A/B testing for onboarding, pricing, features, and ad placements - Improve install → trial → paid conversion funnels - Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams - Create user journeys, growth loops, and engagement strategies - Monitor KPIs: CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, crash rate, and subscription conversionsRequired Skills & Expertise- Strong understanding of mobile app growth (Android/iOS) - Experience in Ad Monetization (AdMob, FAN, bidding & waterfalls) - Deep knowledge of subscriptions & pricing models - Ability to read and interpret user analytics & behavior patterns - Experience with Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, Data dashboards - Strong analytical mindset & decision-making skills - Knowledge of ASO and user acquisition funnels (bonus)Nice to Have- Experience scaling apps with 100k+ users - Understanding of UI/UX for user journey improvements - Experience working with product teams & A/B testing toolsWhy Join Us?- Work directly on high-scale mobile apps - Full ownership of growth strategy - Freedom to experiment and innovate - Data-driven, fast-paced environmentHow to ApplyEmail your resume: career@
