We are looking for US Payroll Assistant, Interested can send resume to vijayanath.siddhareddy@ / Feel free to reach me @ +91 98499 63637 for more clarificationsFind below is JD, kindly let me know if you can be the right match.Requirement - US Payroll AssistantJob description- Designation: US Payroll Assistant - Experience: 4+ Years - Qualification: Graduate Finance / Post Graduate Finance / CA-Inter / MBA-Finance - Location: Hyderabad, Uppal NSL ITSEZ Ramanthapur - Mode of Work : Onsite (Work from Office) - Working hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST) / EST - Notice Period : Immediate / Looking for Early Joiners (Max 30 Days) - Interview : In person/Virtual Video DiscussionPosition Accountabilities- Assist in processing bi-weekly/monthly payrolls for the employees. - Validate employee data including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions in the payroll system. - Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, paid time off, and other payroll elements. - Address employee inquiries related to pay, taxes, or timekeeping in a timely and professional manner. - Support reconciliation of payroll reports and assist in audit preparation. - Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and ensure compliance with data protection policies. - Coordinate with HR for benefit deductions and with Accounting for ledger postings. - Assist in preparing reports for management, auditors, and government agencies. - Stay updated on labor laws and payroll tax regulations.Generic Accountabilities- Build team and individual capability, ensuring personal effectiveness for work in current and future roles. - Support team meetings at which progress against KPIs is monitored and discussed. - Apply sound time management judgement in relation to prioritizing work and meeting deadlines. - Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.Qualifications:- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or HR administration (internship or entry-level experience acceptable). - Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex, SAP) is preferred. - Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws and payroll tax reporting. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis. - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
