We work with fast-growing D2C brands and are expanding our performance marketing team.Role Description We are looking for aPerformance Marketerwith hands-on experience in running & optimizingMeta Ads + Google Adsfor D2C brands. You will manage end-to-end performance campaigns, improve ROAS, reduce CAC, build scaling strategies, and work closely with our design & development teams to drive consistent growth for clients.Also having great understanding of creatives will be an added advantageKey ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Optimization Plan, launch & manage performance campaigns onMeta & Google Optimize campaigns forROAS, CAC, CPA , and high-quality conversions Scale winning campaigns and manage budgets effectively Analyze funnel metrics to maximize results Monitor daily performance and troubleshoot issuesD2C Strategy & Insights Understand brand positioning, target audience & product-market fit Build full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) Identify high-performing creatives and share insights with creative team Conduct competitor and market researchAnalytics & Reporting Use GA4, Ads Manager, Shopify, Triple Whale (if familiar), etc. Daily, weekly & monthly reporting on KPIs Identify patterns, drop-offs, & growth opportunitiesCollaboration Work closely with theGraphic Design Teamfor creative briefs Partner with theWebsite Teamfor landing pages & CRO suggestions Communicate directly with clients for performance reviews (when needed)Qualifications Expertise in Paid Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and performance marketing strategies Proficiency with analytics tools to track campaign performance and analyze data-driven insights Experience in conducting A/B testing, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) Proficiency in social media marketing and strategy implementation Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a focus on innovation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Deep understanding ofD2C funnels, customer journeys & buying psychology Strong analytical skills – ability to read data & optimize quickly Experience withShopify -based brands (preferred) Basic knowledge ofCRO & landing page best practices Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in relevant areas are a plus Previous experience working in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or e-commerce businesses is highly desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
