Job Title: Sr Manager- Vacuum Forming/ThermoformingIndustry: Automobile (Plastic Manufacturing)Location: Indore (Pithampur)Experience: Managerial Role with 15 + years (Required)Key Responsibilities:Technical and Operational Expertise:- Provide technical and operational knowledge in plastic processing with excellent troubleshooting abilities. - Expertise in various plastic processes such as Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion, and Vacuum Forming.Project and Performance Management:- Manage projects effectively, overseeing material procurement, time and cost tracking, resource management, and stakeholder communication. - Conduct iterative sessions at each stage of product development to ensure project success.Qualifications:- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (B.E) / Master’s Degree (M.E) in Plastic Engineering or a related field. - MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred.Extensive hands-on experience with:-- Injection Moulding Machines - Extrusion Machines - Vacuum Forming MachinesInterested candidate can share their resume on sv14@
