Travel Consultation & Client Understanding- Understand client preferences, travel style, pace, budget, dietary needs, and special requests. - Conduct detailed discovery calls to uncover what clients truly want. - Present options clearly and confidently.2. Itinerary Design & Curation- Craft highly bespoke itineraries with immersive experiences, local touches, scenic routes, and thoughtful recommendations. - Research destinations, hotels, experiences, transfers, and curated add-ons. - Create visually appealing, structured itineraries aligning with Amaavi’s storytelling style.3. Coordination & Booking- Work with hotels, DMCs, local partners, guides, and internal teams to arrange all trip elements. - Ensure seamless coordination of flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and restaurant reservations. - Prepare final travel documents in a polished, brand-consistent format.4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management- Offer proactive communication and updates to clients throughout planning and travel. - Build long-term relationships with Amaavi travellers and encourage repeat travel. - Keep a calm, solution-oriented attitude when handling unexpected travel issues.5.
