We deliver functional, aesthetic, and quality-driven residential interiors with full design-to-execution capability.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Design Manager to manage end-to-end design, client coordination, and timely delivery. The role needs strong design sense, deep material knowledge with build logic, and clear, disciplined execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development- Translate client needs into functional concepts and reviewed 2D/3D outputs. - Own build logic: choose systems, profiles, hardware, and joinery that are practical and durable. - Ensure designs are technically sound and aligned to budget.Costing & BOQ Alignment- Understand costing metrics across laminates, veneers, lacquer/PU, acrylic, membrane, shutters/carcase specs, hardware tiers, countertops, tiles, glass, profiles, lighting, and site finishes. - Work with estimation to keep BOQs tight and variations controlled.Client Coordination- Lead meetings both pre sales and post sales, explain design logic and material choices simply. - Guide selections (laminates, veneers, handles/profiles, tiles, sanitary, lighting, glass/metal finishes) and record final specs.Execution Support- Coordinate with visualization, drafting, estimation, and site teams. - Provide clear build notes, sections, and handover packs; conduct site checks as needed.Internal Collaboration- Work with sales for design-led conversion support. - Mentor junior designers; maintain drawing and documentation hygiene; meet timelines.Required Experience & Skills- Degree in Interior Design / Architecture. - 10+ years in residential interiors (must). - Deep material knowledge & build logic (modular + site-built, hardware systems, profiles, joinery, tolerances). - Costing awareness across key finish/material systems and their impact on BOQ. - Strong communication and client-handling.Software Proficiency (required)- AutoCAD (advanced 2D detailing, sections, joinery, layouts) - SketchUp (or equivalent 3D) - Enscape (or V-Ray/Lumion for visualization reviews) - Adobe Photoshop (mark-ups, boards) - MS Excel/Google Sheets (spec sheets, BOQ interfacing, trackers) - (Bonus: Revit/360, MS Project/Primavera for schedules)Soft Skills- Mature, calm under pressure; high ownership and accountability. - Clear communicator; disciplined and deadline-driven. - Team-oriented; coaches juniors; resolves issues proactively.Compensation- ₹12–15 LPA (based on experience & capability)Applyinfo@81878922264th Floor, Aditya Ram Square, Rd No. 36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
