Continental Hospitals is Hiring – General Manager (Operations) / Unit HeadWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Operations to join our leadership team at Continental Hospitals, a leading multispecialty tertiary care hospital.Position: General Manager – OperationsLocation: HyderabadHospital Size: 800+ BedsExperience: Minimum 15-20 years in Hospital OperationsKey Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hospital departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centric functioning. - Drive business growth and OP footfall, IP Operations, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence. - Develop and implement strategic plans, SOPs, and performance improvement initiatives. - Monitor key KPIs related to patient satisfaction, turnaround time, and departmental performance. - Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and support teams to enhance hospital efficiency. - Ensure compliance with quality, accreditation, and safety standards. - Work with the management team to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.Requirements:- Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in operations management at a 500+ bedded multispecialty hospital. - Proven track record of business development and improving OPD inflow, IP Operations. - Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.Interested candidates may share their resume atsmita.d@
