Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution of ingredients as Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances Industry with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain.The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós India. is the Indian one, located in Mumbai, India.To continue with our process of growth, the selected candidate will assist the Sales area as a Customer Service AssistantResponsibilities- Assist in the export sales and setting up new client accounts - Request samples and documentation for customers, doing the follow up - Enter offers and sales orders doing the follow up and mantain informed the customer about orders situation - Coordinate the arrival of goods with the Purchasing Department to ensure the shipment deadline - Generate and prepare the export documentation and be in liaise with Head Quarters for the export information and documentationProfile- B.S. or B.A. Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field with excellent customer service skills. - High level of English.
