Job description: L3/L4 Infra Support Engineer - Windows/AzureLooking for an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Systems Team to help design, implement, maintain, and support our growing server infrastructure in the data center and cloud (Azure) environments. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing secure, scalable, maintainable, highly available Server architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.Education Qualification: Engineering Degree is preferred.Experience: 6+ years of experience in Server Administration involving Microsoft Server and Cloud TechnologiesJob Responsibilities:Manage our Office 365 Microsoft Exchange environment.Configure and install various MS Windows/VMWare/Azure servers (e.g., file/print, Exchange, Work spot etc.)Experience in Active directory configuration and troubleshooting skillsPerform system maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurationsMonitor performance and ensure system stability, availability, and reliabilityMonitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planningExperience in SIEM toolProvide Level-3/4 support and troubleshooting to resolve issuesWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the server environmentLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionMicrosoft Active Directory and Azure ADMicrosoft Office365 , Exchange OnlineMicrosoft Server 2012,2016 & 2019 Operating SystemsGood working knowledge in managing with PowerShell
