Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective low-code/no-code solutions.Must Need Skills:1. Should have experience in working with the PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.2.Strong hands-on expertise with Power Pages.2. Should Have Experience in building Plugins using JavaScript and Deployment.3. Should have experience in working with the BPF component with linear and non-linear workflows4. Familiar with developing .NET plugins and integration with model-driven apps.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps. - Automate business processes using Power Automate flows (Cloud flows, Scheduled flows, Business Process Flows). - Develop and maintain solutions integrated with SharePoint Online – including lists, libraries, forms, and permissions. - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implement data connectors, custom connectors, and integration with Dataverse, SQL, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools. - Manage app lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. - Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards. - Provide user training and documentation for the developed solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, and SharePoint content. - Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration and enhancement of solutions.Required Skills- Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. - Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs. - Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, OData, and REST APIs. - Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Forms, and OneDrive integrations. - Understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint sites. - Ability to write and debug PowerFx, Expressions, and Flow conditions. - Experience with permissions, versioning, and SharePoint governance. - Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using solutions and environments. - Familiar with developing .NET plugins and integration with model driven apps.
