Animaker is looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Engineer who can build an exceptional application that reflects our testament - to make visual content creation as simple as ever for all. We have over 19 million users from 190+ countries; 78 + of them are Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Ford, GM, GE, AT&T, Microsoft, Google, Unilever, etc.Roles and responsibilities:- Understanding the product development lifecycle and the process; adhering to best standards and guidelines - Coordinating with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements - Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases - Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using the right tools - Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts through proper documentation, Integration, and/or regression testing whenever necessary - Identifying quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement - Considering every possible scenario during exploratory testing and can spot bugs that others might not notice - Comfortable with using various tools to find out the root causes of issues and have worked with JIRA or Asana to communicate bugs effectively with engineers, PMs, and designers - We would also love it if you had experience writing test cases in Gherkin syntax - Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesRequirements:Exp : 2-4yrs on QA- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Highly must have Skill and exposure on Playwright - Good knowledge of Typescript,Python,Java etc.. - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Experience with load and performance testing - Experience in web or mobile automation scripting languages & tools or Performance testing tools like Selenium WebDriver Appium, Cucumber, TestNG ,JMeter - Experience with observability tools like Sentry to track down issues - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools - Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting - Experience with testing APIs and implementing API automated testing - Experience with the build & deployment processes with Jenkins, code quality - Experience working with JIRA, Asana, or other bug reporting tool
