Lactalis is the largest dairy company globally is present in over 150 countries and India is the largest dairy market in the world with nearly 23 % of global milk collection and consumption happening here and thus it forms a huge learning opportunity and exposure for any individual. Lactalis has made three acquisitions in India - Thirumala, Anik and Prabhat Dairy and operates through these brands in addition to global brands like PresidentDairy is a large and dynamic category and spans over 20 subcategories primarily divided into Fresh and Value-added Dairy. The fresh business operates with low shelf categories like Fresh Milk, Curd , Lassi, Buttermilk, and Paneer. This Role at Lactalis is to drive strategy, communication, and new product development in these categories and is operated through three regional brands in their respective geographies.Job Description : Category Head - Fresh DairyExperience:- 14- 15 years’ experience in Marketing & Brand Management - Preferably from Dairy / Food FMCG background - Should ideally carry 3-4 years of sales experience - Should have managed a teamSo essentially, it’s a multi category X multi brand roleKey Role Deliverables- Identify Issues and growth opportunities for each category and build clear brand plans which deliver top line & bottom line growth for Fresh Division - Lead all Innovation and Renovation projects for the categories - Develop brand core/ seed through research and ensure consistent brand messaging in line with the same . - Coordinating with various agencies - Creative , digital , media to put together compelling brand campaigns for all three brands across all the fresh categories - Design and implement the Online Content Strategy with digital agencyKey Skills- Understanding of Research and Strong Analytical Skills mind-set to interpret data, attention to detail. - Business oriented with good P&L / Financial understanding - Flair for translating insights into consumer led actionables - Understanding of the various media vehicles and how to measure them - Familiarity with latest marketing technologies and tools - Mastery of written, verbal and Presentation skills - Mentoring & guiding a team to excelEducation Qualification- MBA / Post graduate degree in Business Marketing/Advertising,
