We are expanding geographically in mojor cities of India.KED’s career Mission: · Fast-track the development · Build a pipeline of diverse talentAccomplished by: · Attracting bright talent of right skilled resources · providing flavor of all disciplines of business and associated learning opportunities that accelerate the development of skills and behaviors needed to lead our company into the futureKey Components for Success: · Challenging job assignments that have a business impact · Ongoing career and performance feedback including performance reviews and coachingEducational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics & communications / Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or universityExperience: Min. 2-3 years of working experience with automation & control systems preferably Honeywell / TAC / SiemensAdditional Qualifications (preferred): · Ability to demonstrate ownership / leadership skills · Extra-curricular activities/leadership experienceDesignation: Solutions Engineer (Business & Technical)Location: Mumbai, IndiaExperience:KED is being startup organization hence job responsibilities will be volatile & may go beyond below list;Core Activities · Developing the system arch. including shop floor design of the project for submitting to the client/consultant for approval · Prepare pre-sales Engineering documentation as per the specifications · Pre-sales design & estimation of Building automation systems (like BMS, ACS, CCTV, FAS, PAVA, WLD, RRS, Perimeter Security etc), · Pre-sales activities of integrated solution with ITOT convergence platforms · Product trade penetration focus of wireless sensors, IoT / IIoT Gateways, Power quality products · Proposal generation for above all pre-sales estimations activities · Customer presentations and aligning with team for demos / industry events / exhibitions · Establish professional relationships with suppliers / partners · Technical follow-up on submitted proposals · HSE Implementation at site ensuring proper documentation · Project or service Operations support based on client expectations · Ensuring the management for Proper Records both onsite and offsite Administration activities · Regular and correct CRM update · Management reporting with relevant data · Sending purchase requisition for simple product trade · Payments follow for product supply associated invoices Self-Development Activities: · Developing skills to understand different verticals of business and customer business processes · Self-learning of Technology / software tools wherein KED predominantly work upon. · Developing recruitment skills towards basics of company operations technologies; o Fundamentals of Control strategy development for automation & controls o Fundamentals of Energy management solutions o Fundamentals of Wireless & IOT solutions
