We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and well-being, equal employment opportunities and policies that are benchmark for work-life balance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Contributes as a key team member of India based R&D Centre, on current and new development projects of India, US & EU model in small and higher horsepower tractors. - Contributes as a team member on development projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe, and professional manner. - Ensures quality in a product’s design for usability, reliability, and functionality that meets regulatory requirements & homologation standards. - To support in Testing’s and field evaluations and each country rule. - Vehicle Design, packaging & integration of new development model for domestic/Southeast Asia/USA/EU from concept to production. - To communicate with Yanmar Japan R&D and ITL R&D and production & collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development. - Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept & feasibility studies through to production. - To support proto assembly and improve quality with local members. - Working on the management instruction to constantly improving the performance and reliability of the product. - Documentation of Design, Manufacturing and Assembly processes. - Actively participate in production and testing of new products. - Manage the vehicle configuration in CAD, conduct reviews for packaging & interference detection & ensure the timely release of engineering changes. - Collaborate effectively with manufacturing, testing, quality, sourcing & service teams to drive project success & resolve conflicts. - Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Work Experience Requirements:- Experience in making Tractor BOM & its management. - Able to analyse and judge test results - Strong understanding of tractor architecture & system-level integration - Experience in high volume manufacturing sheet metal, plastic parts, hardware, piping and electrical parts. - Experience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes. - Complete understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of product development. General knowledge of related disciplines. - Proficient in 3D CAD and Pro / E software for vehicle layout & integration. - Knowledge of statistical methods and analysis. - Team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. - MS-office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Education - B. Tech/B. E (Mechanical)Experience - Similar working experience for 12 to 15 Years.
