We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. You will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content.CTC: 6-9 LPA based on experiencePlease mail your updated CV to hr@ and dhriti@Responsibilities- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions for print, digital, and multimedia platforms. - Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications. - Oversee design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables. - Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and other team members. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new techniques and ideas into design projects. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects. - Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience:- 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred) - A strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creative thinking - Attention to detail with excellent communication and time management skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamSkills:- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma. - Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and effectively.
