Convert complex concepts into simple, entertaining, and high-retention scripts. Build structured research documents, references, data points, and story examples for each video. 2. Storytelling & Narrative Crafting Write hook-driven introductions that capture attention in the first 10 seconds. Build clear storytelling arcs with emotional highs, curiosity gaps, and powerful conclusions. Create scripts that keep viewers watching till the last second. 3. Content Ideation Generate fresh and viral content ideas aligned with Finnovationz audience insights. Identify trends from global finance channels and replicate winning patterns creatively. Suggest new series, formats, and concepts to scale the channel. 4. Collaboration & Quality Control Work closely with the YouTube Manager and Founder to refine tone, flow, and clarity. Ensure scripts are fully accurate, crisp, and easy to visualize for editors. Incorporate feedback quickly and maintain consistency in quality. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in script writing, financial content writing, journalism, or digital storytelling. Strong command over finance, markets, startups, business economics, or proven ability to learn quickly. Excellent writing skills with a natural storytelling style. Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy. High research capability and clarity of thought. Experience writing for YouTube or video-first platforms is a strong advantage.
