As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking an experienced consultant (5+ years) with exceptional communication skills and strong client-facing experience. MBA is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning workstreams end-to-end, combining data-driven analysis with clear executive storytelling, and who has the potential to mentor and lead teams over time. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Professionally manage and grow relationships with senior stakeholders at leading SaaS companies, including top MNC clients. Own client communication, meeting agendas, and project coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Excel Math Modeling: Leverage advanced analytical skills to work with complex data sets, building robust Excel models for pricing strategies, ARR impact analysis, and financial forecasting. You will be expected to clean, analyse, and interpret large volumes of data to provide actionable insights. Conjoint or Statistical Analysis (Preferred): Utilise your understanding of conjoint analysis or similar analytical methods (e.g., Van Westendorp, MaxDiff) to derive customer preferences and inform pricing recommendations. Prior experience running or interpreting such studies is a strong plus. Presentation Creation: Develop clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations that communicate technical and business insights to internal teams and clients. You should be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and ensuring clarity in all deliverables. English Communication: Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills, with a primary focus on crisp, executive-ready writing. Your ability to articulate complex ideas clearly—in writing and verbally—is essential. Team Enablement (Growth Path): Support training and mentoring of junior team members by reviewing models/decks, providing feedback, and helping raise the quality bar as the team scales. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years experience in a client-facing role (consulting, strategy, analytics, GTM/revops, pricing, or similar). MBA preferred (top-tier ideal), but not required if experience and capability are strong. Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience building complex, auditable models. Strong analytical thinking, including experience with pricing research methods (conjoint or similar preferred). Excellent presentation creation skills with a strong flair for structured storytelling through data. Superior written and spoken English communication and strong executive presence. A diligent, professional work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Experience working in the software/SaaS industry (or for SaaS clients) is a strong plus.
