Job Title: Customer Support Agent Job Type: Full-TimeLocation: RemoteShift: Rotational Shifts (EST Hours)Joining: Immediate Joiner OnlyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Agent with strong hospitality experience to support hotel customers virtually. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in customer support for a hotel or hospitality brand , has excellent English communication skills , and is comfortable handling guests professionally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual customer support to hotel guests via chat, email, and phone Handle reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and guest inquiries Address guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution Maintain high standards of hospitality, empathy, and service excellence Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations when required Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards Work rotational shifts aligned to EST time zone , including weekends and holidays as required Mandatory Requirements Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – clarity, confidence, and professionalism are essential Prior experience in customer support for a hotel or hospitality company (front desk, reservations, guest services, or call center support) Hospitality / Hotel industry experience is mandatory Immediate joiner only (candidates with notice period will not be considered) Ability to work rotational shifts during EST hours Comfortable providing 100% virtual/remote customer support Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience handling international guests (especially US customers) Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or CRM tools Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Customer-first mindset with attention to detail What We’re Looking ForPolished, well-spoken, and professional communicator Guest-focused with a strong hospitality attitude Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shift-based work Quick learner who can join and contribute immediately How to ApplyApply only if you: Have hotel/hospitality customer support experience Can join immediately Are comfortable working rotational EST shifts
