Factory Lead – Batch Manufacturing (Functional Food Unit)Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratExperience: 4–7 yearsAbout the RoleCharyas is building a next-generation modular food-tech factory for functional nutrition bars and gut-friendly snacks. We're looking for a hands-on Factory Lead to run daily batch manufacturing with precision, hygiene, and speed.You'll lead a small, agile team operating a roaster → mixer → extruder → cooling → packing line designed for quick product changeovers and continuous innovation.What You'll Do- Execute daily batch production as per formulation sheets & SOPs. - Operate and supervise roaster, mixer, extruder, and flow-wrap machines. - Plan manpower and materials, ensuring line hygiene and GMP compliance. - Coordinate with R&D and QA for trials, first-batch approvals, and scale-ups. - Maintain production records, yields, and daily MIS. - Troubleshoot process issues and drive efficiency improvements on the floor.Who You Are- Diploma or B.Tech in Food Technology / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. - 4–7 years of experience in food, snack, or nutraceutical batch manufacturing. - Strong practical knowledge of mixing, extrusion, or bar lines. - Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable in small, fast-moving teams.Why Join Us- Be part of India's first functional-food foundry built for clean-label, global-quality products. - Get hands-on exposure to R&D trials, new-SKU scale-ups, and modern food-tech systems. - Fast learning curve, autonomy, and a real sense of ownership on the production floor.Apply: shorjoe@
