Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Specialist located in Patiala, Punjab, India. The Immigration Specialist will provide expert advice on immigration processes, assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, and ensure compliance with immigration policies. Key responsibilities include staying updated with global immigration laws, addressing immigration issues, and effectively managing client cases to ensure successful outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications Strong understanding of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes Knowledge of Immigration Policy and relevant laws Experience with various types of visas, including Work, Visitor, Dependent, and others Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to remain detail-oriented and work efficiently under deadlines Proficiency in administrative tasks related to immigration documentation Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in immigration consultancy or legal services is a plus Fluency in English, Punjabi and Hindi
