Performquality checks, code reviews , and enforceindustry-standard development practices . Collaborate withIT delivery partnersto implement solutions leveraging go-forward platforms. Apply extensiveIT development knowledgeto support change management and business adoption. Participate incross-functional development teamsand analyze complex business requirements. EvaluateSAP roadmap , recommend tools, software, and implementation strategies.Experience RequirementsMinimum1 full project experience(Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout, AMS). Strong technical skills inReports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements (RICE) . 3+ yearsof experience inSAP ABAP ,Web Dynpro ,EDI ,ALE ,SLT ,Fiori . Hands-on experience withUser Exits, Enhancements, Reports, Scripts, BAPIs , and integration technologies. SolidSAP business process knowledge ; ability to map requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization. Mandatory:Experience inS/4 HANA . Proficient inObject-Oriented ABAP concepts .
