Our services include custom software development, IT consulting, cloud-based solutions, and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesField & On-Ground Marketing- Conduct field visits, participate in college events, seminars, and student engagement activities - Build strong relations with colleges, TPOs, and corporate partnersB2B & Corporate Outreach- Identify and connect with potential corporate clients - Conduct presentations, meetings, and partnership discussionsDigital Marketing Execution- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) - Execute paid ads, SEO activities, WhatsApp/email marketing campaigns - Monitor analytics and optimize lead generationContent Writing & Branding- Create posts, captions, ad copies, blogs & promotional material - Support design and creative teams with branding ideasMarket Research & Reporting- Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends - Prepare weekly/monthly performance reportsRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Experience in field marketing & college visits (mandatory) - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & techniques - Good communication and content writing skills - Ability to travel locally and meet marketing KPIs - Energetic, confident, and result-oriented personalityWhat We Offer-Salary: ₹20,000 per month -Incentives based on lead performance - Career growth in marketing & business development - Opportunity to work closely with leadershipHow to Apply?Send your resume to: hr@Or DM us directly on LinkedIn.
