This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh.Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively assist clients and address their needs. - Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive interactions and building retention. - Excellent Phone Etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and provide solutions with a friendly approach. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and ensure their concerns are resolved effectively. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations. - Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
