Role: ServiceNow ArchitectExperience Level: 12+ yearsLocation: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/BangaloreRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow NOW Platform Architect who can provide technical leadership, design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, and ensure alignment of the platform with business transformation goals. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, latest AI/GenAI features, and platform governance.Key Responsibilities- Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. - Lead platform strategy and adoption of latest NOW platform offerings including GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics. - Translate enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow designs. - Govern ServiceNow development standards, integration patterns, and platform performance. - Provide technical guidance to developers and module leads across multiple business domains. - Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business leaders to ensure alignment. - Conduct platform roadmap planning, release management, and upgrade strategies. - Drive AI/automation initiatives leveraging ServiceNow’s latest AI features for predictive and prescriptive insights.Required Skills & Qualifications- 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow. - Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps). - Strong exposure to ServiceNow AI features: GenAI, Process Optimization, Predictive Intelligence. - Deep understanding of integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Event Management). - ServiceNow Certified Master Architect / Technical Architect preferred. - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
