Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Composite Technician to support the manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly of composite components used in marine robots, underwater vehicles, drone structures, and propulsion housings. The role involves hands-on work with FRP, CFRP, and advanced composite materials, from mould preparation to final finishing.Key Responsibilities- Fabrication of composite components using FRP / CFRP / GFRP - Lay-up processes: hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, resin infusion - Mould preparation, release agent application, gel coating - Mixing and handling of epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins - Trimming, finishing, drilling, and bonding of composite parts - Assembly of composite structures with metallic inserts and fixtures - Repair and rework of composite parts when required - Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity - Follow quality, safety, and process documentation standards - Coordinate with design and R&D teams during prototype buildsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Diploma in mechanical, Composite Technology, or related field - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in composite fabrication - Strong knowledge of composite materials, resins, fibers, and curing processes - Experience with marine or aerospace-grade composites preferred - Ability to read basic drawings and follow fabrication instructions - Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and finishing equipment - Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge marine robotics and underwater systems - Hands-on involvement in national-level R&D and pilot deployments - Fast-growing startup environment with high ownership and learning - Competitive salary as per industry standardsPlease send your Resumes to Mohan.krishnan@
