IMES strongly emphasizes technology-driven training, industry relevance, and outcome-based education.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Principal role at Gautam Buddha ITI, operated by Indira Memorial Educational Society, located in Noida. The Principal will be responsible for the overall leadership and independent handling of the institute’s academic, administrative, and operational functions.Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing faculty and staff, curriculum planning and development, student engagement, compliance with regulatory bodies, and building strong linkages with industry partners for placements and apprenticeships. The role requires a passionate, self-driven, and motivated leader who is technology enthusiast, computer savvy, and capable of driving institutional growth with measurable outcomes.Qualifications & SkillsProven leadership, management, and organizational skillsRelevant experience in vocational training, skill development programs, and educational administrationStrong experience in curriculum development aligned with industry needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle institutional responsibilities independentlyStrong capability to build and maintain industry partnershipsIn-depth knowledge of the Indian education system, ITI framework, and skill development initiativesTechnology-oriented mindset with proficiency in digital tools and systemsResult-oriented approach with a focus on quality, compliance, and student outcomesMaster’s degree in Education or a related field
