The selected candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute functional and aesthetic interior designs. Key responsibilities include space planning, developing construction drawings, selecting suitable furniture fixtures and equipment (FF&E), and ensuring that all designs align with architectural frameworks. The role also involves managing project deadlines and ensuring that client expectations are met to the highest standards.Qualifications- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create both functional and visually appealing layouts. - Strong skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings and an understanding of building codes and technical specifications. - Experience in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, to ensure high-quality design integration. - Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate client visions into practical designs. - Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable. - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required. - Prior experience in residential, hospitality, or commercial interior design is a plus.
