Location: Rajkot , Gujarat , India 0nsiteExperience: 1–3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-time / Contract Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis- Conduct workshops with clients to understand business processes and pain points - Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) - Map business requirements to Odoo standard features and identify gapsSolution Design & Implementation- Configure Odoo modules as per business needs (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) - Define functional workflows, approval matrices, and business rules - Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations - Validate solutions through functional testing and UAT supportProject Execution & Coordination- Participate in project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking - Ensure scope, quality, and delivery timelines are met - Handle change requests and provide impact analysis - Act as the functional point of contact during project executionTraining & Go-Live Support- Conduct end-user training (functional and process-oriented) - Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documentation - Support data migration validation and cut-over activities - Provide post-go-live support and stabilisationWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work on diverse ERP implementation projects - Client-facing ownership and leadership opportunities - Growth-oriented environment with learning exposure - Competitive compensation based on experience
