We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team and help shape impactful learning experiences across our business operations. If you’re passionate about building engaging training content and collaborating with experts to drive performance, we’d love to meet you!What You’ll Do- Develop e-learning courses, manuals, and multimedia content using instructional design best practices. - Partner with subject matter experts to design effective and engaging learning experiences. - Ensure all materials align with adult learning principles and business goals. - Upload and manage content within the LMS; track learner progress and run completion reports. - Update and enhance training materials as processes evolve. - Support the training team with creative, interactive design solutions.What We’re Looking For- High School Diploma or GED required. - 2–4 years of medical billing and claims resolution experience preferred. - AAHAM and/or HFMA certification a plus. - Experience collaborating with global teams is helpful. - Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia). - Strong grasp of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM). - Excellent writing, design, and visual storytelling skills. - Ability to quickly learn billing software (within 4 weeks). - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and database tools.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to build high-impact learning materials that support organizational growth. - Collaborative, fast-paced environment with room for creativity. - Work with diverse teams and expand your skill set across the business operations.
