Someone who would like to take the creation to award winning designs. Someone that thinks software makes them slower to execute what they have in mind. Have crazy hands on software, someone who is apart from 90% of the designers.Traditional designers will be straight forward rejected, we're only looking forward for potential hires who did not get a chance to explore their creativity beyond their imagination.Applicants who applied without reading the description will be consider as casual browsers to the opportunity and hence we'll be looking forward for a designer who is connected till this line to approach us rather than being a sheep applicant. That is what HoC is, and that is what we want.Qualifications- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles. - Experience in Branding and creating unique and impactful branding strategies. - Skill in Web Design and Logo Design, with the ability to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing designs. - Strong software expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). - Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. - Experience in working with content creation or marketing agencies is a plus.
