Company: Reflex DrivePosition: UAV System EngineerNo. of Vacancies: 1Location: HyderabadQualification: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech (Electronics / Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering ) or related field.Experience: 3-5 yearsSkills- 3–5 years of drone flight experience, including hands-on UAV integration. - Strong experience with CubePilot, Pixhawk, and the Ardupilot ecosystem. - Proficiency in Mission Planner and QGC for configuration and mission setup.Responsibilities- Integrate, configure, and test UAV systems including motors, ESCs, sensors, avionics, and payloads. - Work extensively with Ardupilot, Mission Planner, and QGroundControl (QGC). - Conduct flight tests for agricultural drones, surveillance drones, and new propulsion systems. - Perform Ardupilot tuning, PID tuning, failsafe setup, and overall system optimization. - Test and validate new propulsion units (motors + ESCs) on drones for thrust, efficiency, and performance. - Troubleshoot ground and flight issues related to hardware, firmware, and integration. - Work with CubePilot and Pixhawk flight controller platforms for calibration, setup, and debugging. - Document flight logs, test results, and calibration data.
