Location: RAJASAB, Worli, MumbaiJob Type: Full-time, On-siteIndustry: Luxury Menswear / Bespoke TailoringAbout the RoleWe are looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented Fashion Associate to join our luxury menswear brand, RAJASAB. This role is ideal for someone who understands styling, fabric selection, menswear silhouettes, and enjoys guiding clients through a personalised, high-end tailoring experience.This is a client-facing, on-floor role with strong focus on service excellence, product knowledge, and styling support.Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in the store with fabric selection, styling advice, and outfit coordination - Support the sales team during consultations, trials, and fittings - Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines - Prepare lookbooks, swatch sets, and styling options as directed by the creative team - Coordinate with production for order updates, alterations, and delivery timelines - Ensure the store environment remains organised, professional, and aligned with brand standards - Understand and communicate key product features, fabrics, fits, and tailoring processes to clientsQualifications & Skills- Background in fashion, styling, retail, or luxury customer service (preferred but not mandatory) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Good understanding of menswear fits, fabrics, and styling fundamentals - Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment - Attention to detail and strong organisational skills - Professional appearance and client-focused approachWork Schedule- Monday to Saturday - 11AM to 8PM at our Worli store - One weekly off rotationalCompensation- Competitive salary based on experience - Performance incentives may applyHow to ApplyCandidates may apply through LinkedIn’s “Apply” button.- No fees, deposits, or payments are required at any stage of the hiring process.
