Brief Job Description of HR – ExecutivePost- HR - Executive, People successReporting- HR ManagerOverall Purpose of the Role -This is a highly responsible, professional position that requiresthe candidate to work both independently and collaboratively to play a key role in supportingthe various HR functions (i.e., recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, and so on). This positionrequires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a positive workenvironment.Roles and Responsibilities - The person will be in charge of some HR processes. He/She has towork closely with the HR department, academic and non-academic colleagues in theinstitute, ensuring that their actionables are maximizing employee performance.Specifically, the Key Result Areas include:● Responsibility for recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP and TAT. Assistin sourcing & screening candidates for open positions & coordinating to scheduleinterviews with the manager. Maintain & update the candidate database.● Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT/Learning & Development Team toensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.● Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, inductionsessions and coordinating training schedules. Ensure sll new hire documentation iscomplete and filled correctly.● Ensuring handover process takes place smoothly by giving NOC/Clearance form andinformed to get the same signed by relevant departments & by Director & submittedin accounts followed by Separation letter for signing. Preparing Experience cumrelieving letter and giving to employee● Assist in preparing HR- relatedd documents such as employment contracts,performance reviews and exit interviews.Experience - Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource or Graduation with 3 to4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an institute, college, or university, is essential,while also communication expertise and leadership effectiveness is required.
