Job descriptionJob Title: Junior Design Engineer – MechanicalLocation: HyderabadExperience: 0–2 years in mechanical design, preferably in heavy machinery, mining, or construction equipmentRole SummaryAssist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for stone-crushing machines. Support senior engineers in CAD modeling, prototyping, and testing while learning best practices in mechanical design.Key Responsibilities & Skill set:• Prepare 3D models and detailed drawings for crushers, screens, feeders, and conveyors• Support senior engineers in prototyping and field validation• Collaborate with production and quality teams for manufacturability improvements• Follow design standards, safety protocols, and best practices• Assist in modifications, updates, and continuous improvement of existing designsSkills• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA)• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, casting, welding, assembly• Strong willingness to learn, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
