Job Role – Spices Plant Sterilization SupervisorCompany: Plantrich Agritech Private LimitedLocation: Kurianad, Kottayam, KeralaWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spices plant sterilization Supervisor to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in spice processing operations and the ability to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant functioning.Key Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in the spice processing industry (mandatory)Educational Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical EngineeringStrong technical knowledge of spice sterilisation, grinding, cleaning, and processing operationsSolid understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety Standards, and Hygiene practicesAbility to effectively monitor production lines, manage manpower, and control process parametersSkilled in maintaining daily production records, process documentation, and statutory complianceCapability to coordinate efficiently with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teamsShould be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment with responsibility, discipline, and commitmentDetailed Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day spice processing activities, ensuring all operations are carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Monitor and control process parameters for grinding, blending, sterilization, cleaning, and packing to maintain product quality and consistency.Manage manpower by allocating tasks, supervising operators, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene practices.Conduct regular plant inspections, identify process deviations, and implement corrective actions to prevent production breakdowns.Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records such as batch production reports, machine logbooks, equipment cleaning records, and quality checklists in ERPCollaborate closely with the QA team to ensure products meet quality specifications and assist in root cause analysis for non-conformities.Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure equipment health.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and optimise plant efficiency.Ensure timely production output and resource utilisation in line with production schedules and company standards.Send your CV to email: hrm@Contact:9778699070
