We serve prestigious clients across educational institutes, corporates, and industrial sectors, delivering high-quality, customized food services backed by strong processes and long-term partnerships.Role DescriptionWe seek a detail-oriented Tendering Specialist to manage and execute government and institutional e-tenders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GeM, CPP, and state procurement portals, plus strong documentation, GST, and basic accounting knowledge. This role is on-site in Thane.Key Responsibilities- Identify and track relevant tenders in catering/hospitality (GeM/CPP/state portals) - Prepare and submit technical & financial bids within deadlines - Coordinate tender docs: EMD/BG, declarations, eligibility, certificates - Work with Accounts/Operations to gather pricing, scope, and compliance inputs - Draft professional emails, cover letters, and bid clarifications - Maintain a repository of company documents and past submissions - Ensure compliance with tender criteria and statutory requirements - Manage queries, addendums, and follow-ups till award stage - Prepare tender MIS/trackers for management review - Assist post-award: agreement execution and handover to Ops/Legal/Accounts - Support basic accounting entries and GST compliance with Accounts - Safeguard confidentiality of tender and financial dataQualifications & Skills- Education: / BBA / MBA preferred - Experience: 2–3 years in tender management / e-procurement / procurement - Strong working knowledge of GeM, CPP, state portals, bid formats & annexures - Good understanding of GST filing and basic accounting - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Tally ERP, and online tender portals - Excellent email drafting, documentation, and coordination skills - Candidates from Thane or nearby areas preferredWhy Join Us?- Work with a reputed, fast-growing institutional catering company - Hands-on exposure to government tendering, accounting, and contracts - Competitive salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA with learning & growth opportunities - Collaborative, process-driven environmentHow to ApplyApply on LinkedIn or email your CV to hiring@with the subject line:“Application – Tendering Specialist – [Your Name]”
