The EPC Manager will oversee engineering, procurement, and construction phases of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely project execution and budget compliance. Core responsibilities include coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients, managing project schedules, mitigating risks, and maintaining high standards of quality control and safety. This role requires effective leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project deliverables align with organisational goals.QualificationsProven experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project management of Railway Tenders of at least 2 yearsProven experience handling railway tenders for over 10 yearsMust have a BE Civil degreeProficiency in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Risk ManagementUnderstanding of Construction Processes, Safety Standards, Variations and Regulatory ComplianceKnowledge of Procurement Processes, Vendor Management, and NegotiationStrong Leadership, Structured Mindset, Team Collaboration, and Communication SkillsProficiency in relevant software tools for project management and monitoringEducational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Prior experience in the bidding phase of EPC tenders
