Education & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/relevant field Experience Requirements: - The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial and budget management, with an understanding of government financial processes: - Core Financial Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, budget management, budget tracking, and expense management. One year experience/ exposure to government budgeting and accounting system and process. - Government Exposure: At least One year of experience or exposure to government budgeting and accounting systems and processes. Scope of Work: - The Agriculture Finance Expert will be responsible for managing all financial aspects, tracking expenditures, and coordinating with various stakeholders: - Central Government Coordination: Serve as a key point person, coordinating with the Central Government regarding all state-level finance and expenditure matters. - Budget and Expenditure Management: Be responsible for comprehensive expenditure tracking and overall budget management for the project/schemes. - Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports. - Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the respective scheme and district officials for effective management of overall state finance and expenditure.
