Job Title: Business Analyst – BFSIExperience: 6+ YearsLocation: JaipurWork Mode: Work from OfficeWorking Days: 5 Days a Week + 2 Alternate SaturdaysJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in the BFSI sector to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end requirement delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to design, document, and deliver high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end requirement gathering using multiple techniques (interviews, workshops, documentation analysis, etc.)Perform gap analysis on existing systems and propose product enhancementsCreate and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)Drive requirement tracking, prioritization, and change management throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution design, delivery planning, and executionWork closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specificationsCreate UI/UX wireframes, mockups, or prototypes using tools like PPT or FigmaSupport functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are metDrive user adoption and support change management initiativesUse JIRA or similar project tracking tools for requirement and task managementPerform basic SQL queries for data analysis and validationCommunicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across hierarchy levels to ensure timely closure of requirementsAct as a team player, collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersRequired Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the BFSI domainStrong understanding of requirement gathering methodologies and SDLCExperience in gap analysis, solution design, and product enhancementHands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management toolsAbility to create wireframes, mockups, and UI conceptsWorking knowledge of technology concepts to coordinate effectively with development teamsExperience in functional testing and UATProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic knowledge of SQLExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
