Job Requirements - Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, teachers, and staff. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.
