The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting, and must have handled a team of at least 500 staff. The role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, managing recruitment, and strengthening people practices across the hospital.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exit formalities.• Handle statutory and legal HR compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, labor laws, etc.).• Ensure smooth functioning of employee grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.• Lead end-to-end recruitment across clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical departments.• Drive employee engagement, training & development initiatives.• Maintain and update HRIS and employee documentation accurately.• Design and implement HR policies aligned with hospital goals and ensure internal communication of the same.• Monitor leave management, attendance, shift scheduling, and manpower planning.• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.• Coordinate with finance and operations departments on payroll, budgeting, and manpower forecasting.Required Qualifications & Skills:• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or multi-speciality healthcare setting.• Proven experience in managing a workforce of 500+ employees.• Strong knowledge of statutory and legal HR compliance in India.• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Preferred Attributes:• Prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR management is a plus.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.• A people-first mindset with a strong ethical and professional approach.Why Join Us?• Be part of a leading super speciality hospital shaping quality healthcare.• Opportunity to lead strategic HR transformation and workforce development.• Work in a collaborative environment committed to growth and excellence.To Apply:Send your updated CV to hrm@Contact HR: +91- 99916 61237
